1. About the Program

The ReVision Creative Readiness Program is developed by SparkWave Interactive LLC. It provides a calm, self-directed creative environment for participants in schools, libraries, and community learning spaces.

By accessing the ReVision website or program, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

2. What ReVision Is Not

The ReVision Creative Readiness Program:

  • Is not an instructional curriculum
  • Is not an assessment or evaluation tool
  • Is not a therapeutic, psychological, or medical tool
  • Does not diagnose emotional, behavioral, or learning conditions
  • Does not conduct child interviews or participant profiling
  • Does not score, rank, or measure progress

Educator or staff supervision is recommended for younger participants.

3. Privacy and Data

The ReVision Creative Readiness Program:

  • Does not create accounts
  • Does not collect personal information
  • Does not transmit drawings or usage data
  • Stores all creations locally on the device
  • Does not use cloud services for participant data

All activity remains on the device. SparkWave Interactive LLC cannot access, view, or retrieve any drawings or usage data.

4. Website Privacy

The ReVision website does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising cookies. The website does not collect or store visitor behavior data.

If you contact us via email, we will use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

You may request deletion of any information you have submitted by contacting: Douglas@SparkWaveInteractive.com

5. SparkDream Engine and Spark Supports

The SparkDream Engine may deliver optional, subtle visual elements called Spark Supports. These are:

  • Non-directive and non-evaluative
  • Never required for interaction
  • Easily dismissed by the participant
  • Not instructional, therapeutic, or outcome-based

Spark Supports are designed to reduce hesitation without directing outcomes or evaluating work.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or attempt to extract the SparkDream Engine logic
  • Modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the program's code
  • Use the program for harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes

7. Intellectual Property

SparkWave Interactive LLC retains full ownership of:

  • The ReVision name and trademark
  • The SparkDream Engine
  • All visual supports, designs, and branding
  • The website design and creative materials

All text, graphics, designs, and branding are protected by copyright.

8. Pilot Disclaimer

ReVision is currently in a pilot phase. Features may change, be improved, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific educational outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

SparkWave Interactive LLC is not responsible for:

  • Loss of drawings or local device data
  • Device malfunctions
  • Misuse of the program outside intended creative purposes

The program is provided "as is" with no warranties or guarantees of performance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or program indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
