All activity occurs locally on the device. Nothing persists beyond the session. SparkWave Interactive LLC does not have access to drawings or usage data generated on participant devices.
SparkDream Engine
The SparkDream Engine does not store, learn from, or transmit user data. All activity remains session-based and local to the device. The Engine does not evaluate work, compare outputs, or rank participants.
Website Privacy
The ReVision website does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising cookies. If you contact us via email, we use your address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
FERPA and COPPA
Because ReVision is designed not to collect personal data, maintain student records, or store activity centrally, it is typically implemented in a way that does not require FERPA or COPPA data handling agreements.
Institutional Assurance
ReVision is designed so that no identifiable data is created, collected, or stored at any point in the system. There is no mechanism within the platform to monitor, reconstruct, or attribute activity to any individual user.
